Koh Samui Travel and Transportation

Thai International Airways offers three flights daily to Surat Thani, from which you can travel to Koh Samui via ferry or express boat. If you prefer a little adventure in your travels, you can take the train from Bangkok to Surat Thani (8 departures daily) or first class air conditioned coach with private cabin (available nightly). When you arrive in Surat Thani, you will then take a two hour bus ride to the ferry dock and from there another two hours by ferry boat to Koh Samui.
